A bald eagle flew thru my forest to sit in a tree close by this morning. Fresh snow down to 700' today. Rain off and on. A pewter colored day.

Back in Juneau. 47 and drizzle, but no wind. Got Chet down the stairs to my house ok. He needed help, but he managed to get down them with my help holding him on the leash. Picked up a security gate so he can have a little cave in the laundry room. He likes to sleep there.
