Nehalem today. Another sunny windless hot day at the Coast.

Drove over Deception Pass on way south from Bellingham. Impressive beautiful pass. Drove Whidbey Island and took ferry to Port Townsend.

Last night Cape Disappointment WA State Park. Walked beach. Tank top/shorts weather. Met 2 women who knew high school friend of mine.

To those who know of my quest to find "Happy Cows"...I found them! Not in CA, but WA grazing in green pasture near Egg and I Road.

A crossroad : road going right named "Going to Market Road". Left named "Best Road". Well. Maybe you had to be there. Made me smile and giggle.

Long stopover in Ketchican. No rain. Had a nice walk toward town. Took advantage of the time to stow stuff in RV and make bed. Ready to roll.

Termination dust. It's more than that. Oct. Began with fresh snow on Mt. Juneau, Douglas Island and up the valleys. Frost as I leave today.
