Last night was Gipsy Night in the square. Sponsored by the local restaurant association so there was oodles of good food and entertainment. Entertainment was a flamenco guitarist and dancer (two different people) and a very supple belly dancer. The event was sold out. I think there were 250 tickets sold. Some of the vendors dressed as gypsys for the occasion and it was fun.
Friends from Arizona are in town and I ran into them tonight. They will be leaving for San Ignacio tomorrow with a group of 16 they are leading. This trip will take them to San Ignacio for 3 days whale watching and to some of the cave paintings in the Francisco Mtns that you can drive to.
I will leave Loreto March 9 and go back to Santispac Beach before beginning the drive on to the border March 13. We should cross the border March 16.
Windy today and tonight. My van has been rocking from the wind as I write.
The RV park is full again as people are heading North.
